In light of the Wellness recall Pet Food 'N More removed all Wellness Canned Cat Food from our store shelves. However, we are now confident in the manufacturers information that only certain products are affected; we've double checked our inventory and removed only those items.
Products stated in the recall are as follows:
- Wellness Canned Cat food (all flavors and sizes) with the best by dates from April 14th, 2013 through September 30th, 2013.
- Wellness Canned Cat Chicken & Herring (all sizes) with the best by dates of November 10th, 2013 and November 17th, 2013

On February 28th, 2011 Wellpet the makers of Wellness natural pet food have issued a voluntary recall affecting most of their Wellness Canned Cat Foods.
The canned cat food involved in this recall are:
- Wellness Canned Cat food (all flavors and sizes) with the best by dates from April 14th, 2013 through September 30th, 2013.
- Wellness Canned Cat Chicken & Herring (all sizes) with the best by dates of November 10th, 2013 and November 17th, 2013
We understand that not all Wellness Cat Cans have been officially included in the recall, however as a precautionary measure we feel it best to cease all sales at this time. Therefore, with the well-being of your pet in mind, we have removed all of the Wellness Canned Cat Foods from our retail shelves until product confidence can be restored.
