COVID19 PET FOOD ‘N MORE RETURN POLICY CHANGE

At Pet Food’ N More we are committed to the essential service of providing you the necessities you need to support your companion animals. We will be remaining open and operating for the foreseeable future.
In light of the current Covid19 Civic Crisis we will be making some temporary changes to our Return Policy.
In an attempt to keep your shopping environment safe for both you and our employees, we are temporarily not accepting Regular Customer Returns. Regular Customer Returns will be honored at a later date (after the crisis).
In addition, we will not be accepting any Bulk Purchase Returns. Customers who choose to engage in bulk buying practices will not be able to return those purchases.
Understanding this may interrupt your usual shopping experiencing, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Regular Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased at Pet Food ‘N More, simply return it in the original packaging and in as new condition (with original receipt) within 60 days* to receive a refund.
*14 days for electronic items (automatic feeders, training collars, clippers, automatic litter pans and pet toilets)
Refunds will be issued in person as follows: Visa or MasterCard back to the original card used. Cash or Debit purchases under $100 will be refunded in cash.
A refund cheque will be mailed to you for Cash or Debit purchased including taxes exceeding $100.
We will price match any identical and in stock product that is offered by a competitor that is local to your Pet Food n More location.
