
Curbside Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions apply to your use of Pet Food’N More’s Curbside Service.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start using our Curbside Service, because by using our Curbside Service you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of July 2, 2020. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this service and these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications.
- Once you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed within 30 minutes,
- You will receive and email to confirm your order has been picked and is ready for pickup within 60 minutes of placement (baring any unexpected out of stock issues),
- If there are any issues with your order (i.e. out of Stocks), you will be contacted directly by your selected curbside location to determine a further course of action. As we cannot guarantee stock at all times, an associate will contact you to determine if you would like a substitute item or to cancel the item.
- If your order has not been picked up within 72hrs, we will contact you to determine if you are still interested in the order.
- If your order has not been picked up within 120hrs and we have not received any correspondence from you, we will cancel the order.
- Once picked up, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your orders completion.
