Returns & Exchange Policy
*If any products from online orders are out of stock we will contact you and refund the amount back to the card used at checkout.
- If you are not satisfied with a product purchased at Pet Food ‘N More, simply return it in the original packaging and in as-new condition (with original receipt) within 60 days* to receive a refund.
- *14 days for electronic items (automatic feeders, training collars, clippers, automatic litter pans, and pet toilets
- Refunds will be issued in person as follows: Visa or MasterCard back to the original card used. Cash or Debit purchases under $100 will be refunded in cash.
- A refund cheque will be mailed to you for Cash or Debit purchased including taxes exceeding $100.
Price Match Policy
We will price-match any identical and in-stock product that is offered by a competitor that is local to your Pet Food n More location.
- Price matching can only be applied to in-store purchases
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us you are representing that all information provided during the transaction is accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method used.
Rewards Program
Rewards program is only applicable to in-store purchases.

We do our best to ensure that our products and information online are current and accurate. However, despite our best efforts occasionally our on-site information might not be up-to-date and that certain information such as product descriptions/images, ingredients lists, and stock quantities may change without notice.
