  • Free shipping is offered for almost all products* on orders over $69 in most of British Columbia and Alberta.
  • Discounted Shipping is offered to the rest of Canada served by Canada Post.
  • Enter your Province and Postal Code in the Checkout to see your Shipping Cost.
  • If you are only offered Curbside Pickup, your order contains items not eligible for shipping. Frozen, Refrigerated, Very Heavy or Over Sized Products are marked on the product page for pickup only.


  • To estimate shipping costs for your order enter address with postal code using the “Calculate Shipping” field in the side cart edit option (pencil icon)  beside “Shipping” or enter address at checkout.
  • Province & postal code are required fields to calculate shipping costs. Street address and city not required to estimate shipping costs but the field cannot be empty, the input of any character (e.g 1) will allow for calculation.
  • No shipping is currently available for over sized items, select canned items, cat litter, or refrigerated and frozen items.
  • If over sized, heavy, refrigerated or frozen products are in your cart, estimated shipping costs and shipping options for the order will be unavailable. These products are currently available for in-store or curbside pick-up only. Shipping options will become available when these restricted products are removed from the cart.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping services are provided by Canada Post. Shipping times are estimates and may take longer.
  • Shipping is available on minimum $10 orders.
  • Orders can only be shipped to the billing address provided.
  • Overweight freight is not eligible for free shipping.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Customers will be contacted if online order products are out of stock or unable to ship and will receive a full refund to method of purchase.
  • Rewards program is only applicable for in-store purchases or curbside pickup. We offered free or reduced shipping for online purchases.

Returns & Refunds

  • Contact us if you are want to return an item.
  • Products can be returned to any of our locations.
  • If this if not possible or practicable, Customers will be responsible for return shipping on all shipped online order returns**. We can provide a shipping label but the cost of return shipping if provided will be deducted from total of the refund.
  • All items must be in original packaging in as-new condition for returns.
  • If the item is shipped in error we will cover shipping cost of return and the replacement item.

*Eligible products are all products that do not include over sized/overweight products, heavy cat litters, refrigerated or frozen products.
